Cancellations & Missed Appointments Policy

Please note that our clinic faces a high demand for daily appointments. If you cannot make it to your scheduled visit, we ask that you notify us at least 72-hours in advance, as this can allow us to accommodate other patients. Failure to attend your appointment not only causes delays in your eye care but also hinders access for others in need.

Cancellations should be made during regular business hours with a staff member. Missed appointments without prior notice will incur a $75.00 cancellation fee.

Once your appointment is confirmed, it is your responsibility to note the date and time. Outstanding balances must be settled before your next doctor's appointment. Patients with a history of repeated cancellations may be denied future appointments.
