Cancellations & Missed Appointments Policy

Please be aware that our clinic experiences a high demand for daily appointments. If you know you’ll be unable to attend your scheduled visit, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. This courtesy not only helps us serve you better but also allows us to allocate the slot to another patient in need, ensuring timely care for everyone.

Cancellations should be communicated during regular business hours with one of our staff members. Failure to provide notice for a missed appointment may result in a $75.00 cancellation fee.

Once your appointment is confirmed, it is your responsibility to remember the date and time. Prior to your next doctor's appointment, we ask that you settle any outstanding balances. Patients with a repeated history of cancellations may be refused appointments in the future.
